(What would the day-to-day life of someone in my role involve?) *면접관이 해당 포지션의 직속 상사나 동료일 경우에 특히 적합한 질문으로, 업무루틴 및 흐름을 미리 파악하는 데 도움이 됩니다. This is a particularly good question to ask if you are interviewing with someone who would be your boss or colleague and who understands in detail the work that you would be doing. For some companies, the daily tasks change often, but for others there may be a same routine. If you are someone who prefers routine or someone who prefers a different type of work everyday, this is a question that will help you gain greater insight into the workflow you will have. 귀사의 사내문화에 대해 알고 싶습니다. (What is the company culture like?) *회사의 드레스 코드, 리포팅 시스템, 채용규정 등에 대한 정보들을 통해 지원한 회사의 분위기와 근무환경에 대한 이미지를 구체화 할 수 있습니다. Company culture is something not easily understood from a website, but through speaking with and observing the actions of those who work at the company you can get a better idea. Culture involves the less tangible aspects of a company, and can including things like dress code, reporting structure, and hiring practices. 해당 포지션을 통해 성장하려면 어떤 노력이 가장 필요하다고 생각하십니까? (What is the typical path for growth?) *매니지먼트 포지션으로의 승진, 또는 특정 분야에서의 전문성을 쌓기 위해 어떤 방향으로 어떻게 노력해야 하는 지 조언을 구함과 동시에 진취적인 이미지를 부각시킬 수 있습니다. If this has not already been gone over in the interview itself, you can ask what the typical progression for someone in your position is. Usually it will involve either: 1) Moving up to a managerial position, or 2) Increasing your expertise in a particular subject matter. You will want to know what your preference is if the hiring manager asks. An important thing to remember is when going in for an interview is that you are actually interviewing the company as well for best fit. You need to assess for yourself if you would be happy to be placed in that particular firm. So make sure that whatever question you ask, it will help you to make the decision if you were to get an offer.
