• Have a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience in engineering, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical, or carpentry
• Two years of building maintenance experience
• Be detail-oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Have analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Work with the building management team to maintain system operations and make sure everything is running smoothly
• Collaborate with the team on upcoming projects
• Manage building construction and equipment
• Inspecting work for quality and productivity
